In order for your Scout to participate in any monthly campout we need the medical forms for Monthly campouts filled out and signed and handed in.
If your Scout takes any routine medication and needs it on a campout, please fill out a routine Drug Administration form and hand it in for each campout and give the medicine to an adult leader.
Code of conduct forms must be filled out, signed and handed in to the Troop Secretary before or on the first meeting/campout after joining the Troop.
FOR SUMMER CAMP ONLY "Medical Forms for Summer Camp" must be filled out, signed and part C done by a doctor within 6 months of Summer Camp! Your Scout will not be allowed to go if it's not done!
